An enormous fire was seen raging in the Chinese city of Changsha, as footage posted on social media showed massive flames racing [1]. A thick plume of smoke billowed from the site, and dozens of floors burned ferociously, according to the provincial fire department. The fire had been extinguished by 4:30pm according to China Telecom, who reported that no casualties had yet been discovered and communications had not been cut off.
